Vexira provides comprehensive protection in a single application framework to defend today’s business from attack. 3 different checks are performed on email: File Filter, Virus Filter and Spam Filter.
Mission critical architecture
Vexira is built for organizations where email is a critical component to the operation. Vexira includes a purposefully developed "watchdog" to monitor the email operation and restart a failed service and send automatic alerts to system administrators. Several technologies are within Vexira to ensure the virus protection is fully functional at all times.

Vexira contains several embedded email defense features including Zip-of-Death protection, and mail-bomb protection.

Included is a real-time overview application to let System Administrator monitor the current operation of Vexira.
Automatic virus and spam database upgrading
Fully automatic virus and spam database updating is supported using either FTP or HTTP protocols.
Statistical spam learning with custom rules
Vexira can be configured to learn your email and determine what is spam and what is not. Custom rules can easily be added to the database by the System Administrator or through Vexira’s internal auto-learn technology.
