The Safe@School program was started by Central Command® on January 24, 2002 to help educational institutions better protect themselves from virus infections. Back in 2002 it was obvious that schools had the biggest virus problem and the least resources and money to equip themselves. Not to much has changed since then and we have continued to offer the Safe@School program.
Recently we have expanded the Safe@School program to include free Internet safety posters to help educators teach students about the dangers of the Internet. We provide these posters at no cost to schools.
The Safe@School program has grown beyond even our greatest expectations and we have shipped thousands of sets of our Internet safety posters around the globe. Each month our employee’s help schools around the world be virus free and better protected at a considerable cost savings compared to other antivirus solutions. Many of our employee’s donate some of their free time to assist local schools with learning about how best to use Vexira® Antivirus solutions within there network environments to keep students safe from viruses.
